CLIENT IMPACT & ROI

After a thorough RFP (Request for Proposal) Elite was selected to open and operate the on-site primary care and workers compensation care clinic. While scheduled to open in mid to late 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic increased the need for an expedited opening. Elite was able to set-up, furnish, and staff a full-time on-site clinic in just a few weeks.

Initially the clinic was only offered to a smaller portion of the county's workforce and their insured dependents, but after proof of concept, increased utilization, positive patient care results and a positive ROI the county approved the roll-out to all insured employees and their dependents. Continued growth in member utilization has led to the evaluation of additional expansion of time and days to the currently full-time Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
